Over the weekend

I got given a handout on Paper folding this has encouraged me to think about how to construct my final sieceand what form it is going to take I have thought of :
A toy
A Souvenir
A book
T-shirts
A kit
A zine

I feel I need to think about my subject firther before I progress.

I may find inspiration from the pier I intend to go and find some shapes around Bournemouth Pier over the weekend.

I went to the Pier and found a cafe which overlooked the pier and fairgrounds. I found that there were a lot more people at the pier at the weekend. Too many I got frustrated with the crowds and had to go home. But having thought about it afterwards it demonstrates the touristy side to it. At the weekends a lot of people come to Bournemouth for their Stag nights and hen nights.

The drawings I did do were covered in straight lines. I ,may experiment with drawing with matchstick printing I feel this will add a constructed formal element to the work.
I was not happy with my drawings and so am going to try again some other time.
