I feel this piece may have got confused between all three ideas that I persued. Isolation, Adam and Eve, and snow White. Looking at other peoples pieces I feel the key is simplicity. I feel mine has tried to subvert too many images in one. The suggestions of subversion should be subtle. With the highlighting of the snake the apple and the bow in her hair all suggesting different things the message is not clear. The drawing of the woman is terrible. It is too simple for the background there is not a good balance. The drawing is too uptight and not does nt connect to the background well. The position of the woman, although she is reflecting Snow white she looks too reflect the fact that she is tormented over the temptation for an iPhone.
Putting this Illustration next to the text would confuse the viewer and they would not link .
